When a parent or guardian completes the enrollment form, we collect: the child's full name, age, province of residence in Cuba, preferred class group, the parent or guardian's Telegram contact, and how they heard about the program. This information is collected solely for the purpose of managing class enrollments.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected exclusively to: confirm the student's enrollment, assign them to an appropriate class group, communicate with the parent or guardian to coordinate access to the Telegram group, and manage the waitlist when a group is full. We do not use information for commercial or marketing purposes.
3. Protection of Children's Data
Future Voices Cuba serves children ages 9–15. We do not collect information directly from minors — all communication is conducted with the parent or legal guardian. We do not share personal data of minors with third parties under any circumstances.
4. Storage and Security
Enrollment data is stored securely through Supabase, a database platform with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to the data is restricted exclusively to the Future Voices Cuba team.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exception is our data storage provider (Supabase), which processes data under their own privacy and security terms.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you or your child, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your information from our records. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at futurevoicescuba@gmail.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated through our Telegram channel. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top of this page.
